3 things to know about JLL’s $35M surgery center sale

MBRE Healthcare purchased three surgery centers for $35 million, Commercial Property Executive reported.

 Here are the important details to know:

1. The three buildings included in the sale are Mission Health’s Asheville Surgery Center, Regional Surgical Specialists and the Carolina Spine and Neurosurgery Center. All centers are located in Asheville, N.C.

2. The total building portfolio size is 86,450-square-feet.

3. JLL Capital Markets worked with the buildings’ seller, Mission Health, to arrange the sale.
