Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare’s Surgery Ventures division continues to expand its ASC network and push more procedures into outpatient settings in 2025.

- In the first quarter of 2025, outpatient revenue made up 37.3% of HCA’s total patient revenue, up from 36.9% in the same period in 2024.
- HCA operated 125 freestanding outpatient surgery centers in Q1 2025, compared to 121 in Q1 2024.
- Same-facility outpatient surgeries declined 2.1% in Q1 2025, while inpatient surgeries rose 0.2%.
