Grossman Burn Center has partnered with Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo., to open a location at the hospital, according to a Fort Mill Times report.
The center will include eight beds and offer reconstructive and acute surgical procedures and an outpatient clinic.
The burn center is expected to open in October 2013.
Grossman Burn Center has locations in Arizona and California. The Kansas City center is the first location in the Midwest.
