The shopping center will undergo a $15 million renovation to become a community medical center campus. Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Care Center will take up 28,543 square feet of the 106,542-square-foot campus, according to the report.
The full list of providers that will be located on the campus has yet to be announced.
