Anchor Health Properties grew its Atlanta presence by acquiring a 43,000-square-foot medical office building in Johns Creek, Ga., through a joint venture with a Carlyle Group affiliate.
What you should know:
1. Atlanta-based Northside Hospital operates an outpatient imaging hub out of the building.
2. North Atlanta Women's Specialists and Johns Creek-based North Chattahoochee Family Medicine each have a presence in the building.
3. Based in Charlottesville, Va., Anchor Health Properties has nearly 200,000 square feet in real estate holdings in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Anchor CEO Ben Ochs said, "The Atlanta MSA continues to be an attractive investment market for Anchor Health Properties and this transaction further enhances our portfolio there."
