Tenet Healthcare and United Surgical Partners International have formed a joint venture ambulatory surgery center business, now the largest in the industry. Read the full report on Becker’s ASC Review.

UCF College of Medicine and Florida Hospital, both in Orlando, have partnered to offer a number of services in Lake Nona, Fla. Eventually an ASC will open on the third floor of a 100,000 square-foot medical office where both are now tenants.

Children’s Health System of Texas in Dallas has partnered with James Andrews, MD, to establish an orthopedic and sports medicine clinic for student athletes and build an ambulatory surgery center in Plano, Texas.
