Healthcare costs continue to rise, and in many markets the growth in wages can't keep up.

Here are the top 10 cities in which healthcare costs are growing faster than wages, according to Castlight Health's Affordability Index.

A score of 50 or below indicates a reduction in affordability due to healthcare costs racing ahead of wage growth.

2. Tulsa, Okla.: 40.9
3. Richmond, Va.: 41.5
4. Providence, R.I.: 42
5. Raleigh, N.C.: 42.2
6. Oklahoma City: 42.4
7. Nashville, Tenn.: 42.5
8. Los Angeles: 43.4
9. Salt Lake City: 43.9
10. Phoenix: 45.1
