Here’s what you should know.

1. Mr. Trump and Republican party members have continually said that legislators will “quickly” repeal and replace the ACA after Mr. Trump’s inauguration. Ms. Conway told MSNBC, “These folks have a mandate to repeal and replace Obamacare. Obamacare was on the ballot. People want it repealed and replaced.”

2. On people possibly losing their coverage or having to switch plans, Ms. Conway said to MSNBC, “We don’t want anyone who currently has insurance to not have insurance.”

3. Ms. Conway said Mr. Trump’s administration has pieces of an ACA alternative in mind, but she did not comment regarding a timetable for any possible legislative action.

She added the administration has not developed a full plan due to the pending confirmation of Mr. Trump’s HHS secretary nominee Rep. Tom Price, MD, (R-Ga.).
