Alexander Salazar, MD, joined the hospital’s active medical staff. He was previously a staff anesthesiologist in Walworth, Wis.
Dr. Salazar graduated from University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, Ill., before completing a residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
