CRH Medical acquires Florida gastroenterology anesthesia practice — 3 insights

Vancouver, Canada-based CRH Medical Corp. bought a 51 percent stake in Crystal River (Fla.) Anesthesia Associates through an accretive transaction.

1. Crystal River is a gastroenterology anesthesia practice serving two ASCs. Its estimated annual revenue is $1.6 million.

2. CRH Medical financed the transaction through its credit facility and cash on hand.

3. Crystal River is CRH Medical’s fifth acquisition in Florida and its 23rd anesthesia acquisition altogether.
