1. Dr. Reynolds served the North Carolina Medical Society for several years. He led the Legislative Cabinet for six years and served on several committees and task forces.

2. Dr. Reynolds co-founded Shelby (N.C.) Anesthesia Associates. The group was later absorbed into Mednax — Southeastern Anesthesiology.

3. Dr. Reynolds is the clinical director of Mednax’s ASC.
