1. Alpharetta, Ga.-based Premier Anesthesia has forged a new partnership with Salina (Kan.) Regional Health Center. The new partnership will support SRHC’s transition to a hospital-employed anesthesia model. Premier Anesthesia will also provide strategic guidance on surgical operations to boost operating room utilization and efficiency.

2. AdventHealth South Overland Park (Kan.) has transitioned its anesthesia coverage to Anesthesia Associates of Kansas City. Anesthesia Associates of Kansas City places an emphasis on preoperative care, anesthesia, pain management, critical care, administrative and medical consulting services.

3. NorthStar Anesthesia has inked a new partnership with Tampa (Fla.) General Hospital North. NorthStar will provide anesthesia services at three of the hospital’s facilities in the region, including the Florida Endoscopy and Surgery Center, TGH Spring Hill Hospital and TGH Brooksville. As a result of the partnership, all of TGH North’s current anesthesiologists have been converted to full-time employee status. The partnership has also enabled TGH North to expand several service lines, including launching a newly introduced cardiac program.
