1. Ahmed 15 and Haris Assets paid $1,354,300 for a permit to discontinue services in Bellville and reestablish a single-specialty gastroenterology ASC in O’Fallon.
2. The project is slated for completion by June 30, 2020, and could amount to $80,000 in start-up costs.
3. The O’Fallon facility features 3,360 square feet of clinical space and 915 square feet of nonclinical space.
