Florida ASC project wraps up within $6M budget — 5 details

Construction has wrapped up on a $6 million ASC project in Florida, according to DL Harkins Construction‘s Jennifer Warren, vice president of business development.

Five details:

1. The 9,850-square-foot Outpatient Surgery Center of Central Florida is a hybrid ASC and office structure built on roughly 4 acres of land.

2. It features a Class C operating room, a procedure room, and preoperative and postoperative patient recovery areas.

3. There is also space reserved for a future catheterization lab.

4. Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration reviewed and certified the facility.

5. The project was finished on time and within the client’s budget.
