Mizuho downgrades AmSurg shares: 4 notes

Mizuho analysts downgraded Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg shares from a “buy” to a “neutral” rating, according to Daily Quint.

Here are four notes:

1. Mizuho has a  $71.00 price target on AmSurg shares.

2. The firm’s target price suggests a 5.48 percent potential upside from AmSurg’s previous closing.

3. On Nov. 2, 2016, Wells Fargo & Co. rated AmSurg shares an “outperform” rating.

4. During the third quarter of fiscal year 2016, AmSurg had $1.13 earnings per share.
