2. Jay Henry, a former hospital CEO, serves as the company’s CEO, and Scott Bedbury, Nike’s former advertising executive, serves as the company’s chairman of the board.

3. Upstream Health is a healthcare analytics company, focusing on discovering the causes of diseases and helping communities prevent them.

4. The company has developed a software application called Navigator. It helps healthcare professionals understand how environmental factors impact health.

5. The company may have investors from Asia in its second seed round.
