Dr. Pugh earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of South Carolina in Columbia.
Dr. Pugh’s central office remains in Jeffersonville, Ind., but he will also see patients in Vevay.
