Eye Centers of Ohio was formed when three centers merged in 1997, according to an April 26 news release. Since, the practice has added two clinics and an ASC and has more than 70 employees. Eye Centers of Ohio services include laser vision correction, cataract care and glaucoma treatment.

Midwest Vision Partners’ 11th partnership brings its network total to more than 110 physicians and 51 locations in Michigan and Ohio.

The move is the private equity-backed company’s second partnership in a week. Midwest Vision Partners also teamed up with three different ophthalmology groups in the Detroit area, according to an April 22 announcement.
