Developer’s 38,800-square-foot medical facility to house ASC

 
A building underway in Sugar Land, Texas, could accommodate an ASC, as well as imaging and diagnostic centers, according to construction leader Arch-Con Corp.

Arch-Con Corp. broke ground on the project in late May. Upon completion, the two-story Telfair West Medical Office Building will occupy 38,800 square feet.

Real estate development firm D’Agostino Co. is listed as the project’s owner.
