The Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission has preliminarily approved three medical office buildings in Rehoboth Beach, Del., according to a March 2 report from DelawareOnline.com.
Two of the facilities will total 57,801 square feet each, while the third will total 14,440 square feet.
The smaller facility will be located on Beebe Healthcare's Abessinio Health Campus and will house a pharmacy.
