Banner Health plans $400M medical office building

Phoenix-based Banner Health is flipping a fine art space in Scottsdale, Ariz., into a 384,000-square-foot medical center, according to an April 6 report from East Valley Tribune.

The $400 million project will include a medical office building, a cancer center and an acute care hospital. 

The facility is on track to open in 2026 and will bring around 2,500 jobs, according to the report.
