5 new ASC, outpatient projects totaling $256M

Here are five ASCs, outpatient centers and medical office buildings with investments of more than $256 million, as reported by Becker’s since Oct. 3:

  1. Greenville, S.C.-based Prisma Health unveiled its new Northeast Medical Park, a $128 million outpatient facility.
  2. Cincinnati Children’s cut the ribbon on Cincinnati Children’s Eastgate, a $90 million medical building that includes an outpatient surgery center. 
  3. Richmond, Va.-based VCU Health opened a 13,000-square-foot, $6.4 million outpatient clinic.
  4. Mass General Brigham and Regent Surgical submitted an application to build a standalone ASC in Cambridge, Mass., with a projected cost of $7.4 million. 
  5. Philadelphia-based University of Pennsylvania’s board of trustees approved its first solo project in Delaware — a $25 million outpatient clinic in Talleyville.
