1 down, 2 to go: Ohio city approves building in larger medical office complex — 3 notes

One of three buildings to be located in a new Mentor, Ohio-based medical office complex will move forward after gaining final city approval, according to The News-Herald.

What you should know:

1. The Mentor planning commission approved the final site plan for a 40,000-square-foot building, which will be partially occupied by Jacqueline Cerar's Macy Family Dentistry.

2. At 10,000 square feet, a second building will contain the relocated surgery center of ophthalmologist Greg Eippert, MD. Dr. Eippert and his brother will also be investors and tenants in the 40,000-square-foot structure.

3. A third, 5,000-square-foot building will house Great Lakes Jaw & Implant Surgery Center, which is now located in Willoughby, Ohio. The building was awarded preliminary site plan approval in February.
