Nobilis Health named Phil Ayres vice president of marketing.

1. In his new role, he will manage and strengthen Nobilis' direct-to-consumer platform marketing the company's nine nationally branded surgical procedures.
2. He was the director of marketing for Travelocity prior to joining Nobilis' team.
3. At Travelocity, Mr. Ayres headed the company's search engine optimization channel and redesigned the company's website display, among several other responsibilities.
4. Nobilis operates 10 ASCs, four hospitals and 11 clinics across Texas and Arizona.
