1. The company expects Mr. Farber to assume the CFO role in November, following the retirement of current CFO Vivian Lopez-Blanco.

2. Mr. Farber has 25 years of executive experience. He was most recently Kindred Healthcare’s CFO and executive vice president. He previously served as Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare’s CFO.
