She shared the following supply chain tip on Vizient’s blog:
“If you want to change physician behavior, then you need to provide data that’s relatable to them,” Ms. Schuhardt said. “You need to provide more than the cost of devices and supplies. In this way, both the cost of devices and supplies as well as unwarranted clinical variation can be addressed.”
