Former Seattle Surgery Center CEO Jim Sapienza joins Henry Mayo: 5 highlights

Valencia, Calif.-based Henry Mayo named Jim Sapienza assistant vice president of clinical ancillary services, effective immediately, according to Hometown Station.

Here are five highlights:

1. Mr. Sapienza was CEO of Seattle Surgery Center.

2. His past roles also include administrative director at Seattle-based Virginia Mason Health System.

3. In his new position, Mr. Sapienza will oversee pharmacy, laboratory, imaging and respiratory therapy operations.

4. Mr. Sapienza is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

5. Henry Mayo also added Jennifer Castaldo, RN, as vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer.
