CHRISTUS SVP who oversaw ASC acquisition is retiring

Stephen Wright, senior vice president of group operations at Irving, Texas-based CHRISTUS Health, will retire in October after nearly 37 years with the health system, KALB reported.

 Here’s what you need to know:

1. Mr. Wright oversaw the acquisition of the CHRISTUS Imperial Calcasieu outpatient ambulatory surgery center.

2. Mr. Wright first joined CHRISTUS Health in 1987 as the COO of Texarkana, Texas-based St. Michael Health Care Center.

3. CHRISTUS leaders are looking to identify his replacement.
