Dr. Molly Buzdon joins Wentworth Health Partners General Surgery to perform cases at ASC: 3 notes

Molly Buzdon, MD, joined the medical staff at Dover, N.H.-based Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. She also joined Portsmouth, N.H.-based Wentworth Health Partners General Surgery.

 Here’s what you need to know:

1. Dr. Buzdon specializes in bariatric weight loss surgery, breast cancer surgery and minimally invasive surgery.

2. She will perform general surgery at the Portsmouth Ambulatory Surgery Center, and at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Dr. Buzdon will perform gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy at the Wentworth-Douglass Center for Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery.

3. She earned her medical degree at the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based University of Michigan Medical School, and completed her residency in general surgery, as well as a fellowship at Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical System. Dr. Buzdon is board-certified in general surgery.
