The American Association for Physician Leadership elected two physicians leaders and three new physician to its board of directors.

1. The board elected Alan Marco, MD, board chair. Dr. Marco is Dayton, Ohio-based Wright State Physician’s president and CEO.

2. The board elected Daniel Lace, MD, vice chair. Dr. Lace is Wayne, Ill.-based Leaders in Medicine chief medical officer.

3. The board named Thomas Higgins, MD, Lisa Laurent, MD, and Byron Scott, MD, members.
