Three ways to improve ASC time management:
1. Conduct a time audit. ASCs can track how staff spends time to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
2. Start early. Encouraging staff to review patient charts and check in with other staffers before their shifts begin can prepare them for managing tasks and assessing the time they need to spend on them.
3. Prioritize tasks. Splitting tasks up between the most important and those that may not be as urgent can help save time.
