PENTAX Medical, the Japan-based endoscopic device division of the Hoya Group, and SpectraScience, a medical device company based in San Diego, have announced the growth of WavSTAT4 Optical Biopsy System distribution in Europe.
SpectraScience forged a five year agreement with PENTAX Medical in 2012 for the distribution of its optical biopsy system.
The WavSTAT4 system is used as tool for colorectal cancer screening.
