Kuldeep S. Tagore, MD, joined Kaiser Permanente in Maui, Hawaii, to practice out of the health system's Wailuku (Hawaii) Medical Office, Maui Now reports.

1. Dr. Tagore earned his medical degree from Omaha, Neb.-based Creighton University. He completed a residency at UC Davis.
2. He is board certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology and hepatology.
3. Dr. Tagore also holds a bachelor's degree in animal physiology and neuroscience.
