GI Windows named Emerging MedTech Company of the Year

 
West Bridgewater, Mass.-based GI Windows was named Emerging MedTech Company of the Year by the New England Venture Capital Association, according to a Dec. 8 press release.

GI Windows is a clinical-stage company focusing on endoscopic and surgical anastomotic technology, according to its LinkedIn. The company also shares the NEVCA honor with Hyalex Orthopaedics, the release said.

“2020 has brought about challenges, but I couldn’t be more proud of the GI Windows team and their commitment and determination to make progress towards our vision of providing less invasive surgical solutions to large global health problems,” GI Windows CEO Brian Tinkham said in the release.
