CRH Medical makes board appointment — 3 quick facts

CRH Medical Corp. appointed Brian Griffin to its board of directors, the Vancouver, Canada-based company announced April 23.

Three quick facts:

1. Effective immediately, the appointment brings CRH Medical’s board of directors to five members.

2. Mr. Griffin’s most recent post was chairman and CEO of Diplomat Pharmacy, an independent specialty pharmacy and pharmacy benefit manager that was acquired by UnitedHealth Group.
He also held leadership roles at Anthem and its national PBM, IngenioRx.

3. CRH Medical is a gastroenterology anesthesia company serving 58 ASCs in 11 states.
