Borland Groover shakes up the C-suite, names new CEO and CFO

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Borland Groover has appointed four new C-suite leaders, according to an Oct. 20 news release shared with Becker’s.

The new executives join Jackie Kennedy, chief operating officer for Borland Groover’s ancillary division, who has been with the company since 2011. Vince Vitali will continue serving as chief information officer.

According to the release, the leadership restructuring is designed to realign the executive team and position the organization for future growth.

Here are the newly named C-suite leaders:

CEO: Dinesh Madhok, MD

Dr. Madhok, a gastroenterologist, joined Borland Groover in 1997. He also serves as chief of gastroenterology for the graduate medical education program at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital and sits on the hospital’s board of trustees.

CFO: Tom Bailey 

Mr. Bailey joined Borland Groover in April 2025. He previously served as vice president of finance at Jacksonville-based Brooks Rehabilitation and as CFO at UF Health St. Johns (Fla.).

Chief operating officer, clinic: Cloyd Thomas Jr. 

Mr. Thomas, who joined the organization in August 2025, brings more than a decade of leadership experience in healthcare operations.

Chief chief human resources officer: Pamela Nix

Ms. Nix joined Borland Groover in 2023 and will oversee all human resources functions.

“This is a pivotal moment for our organization,” Dr. Madhok said in the release. “With the support of a strong, multidisciplinary leadership team, we are building the internal foundation needed to support our providers, streamline workflows and sustain long-term growth.”
