ASCO approves hereditary colorectal cancer guidelines

The American Society of Clinical Oncology has expressed support of the European Society for Medical Oncology’s guidelines for hereditary colorectal cancer syndromes, according to a Medscape report.

ASCO’s endorsement was published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology. The American society agrees with ESMO’s guidelines with just a few caveats.
