4 gastroenterologists on the move

Here are four gastroenterologists who recently took on new leadership roles.

Reinaldo Garcia, MD, joined Akron (Ohio) Children’s Hospital last year and has now become the director of pediatric gastroenterology.

Cancer Treatment Centers of American in Tulsa, Okla., added gastroenterologist Scott Hendrickson, DO.

Robert Holmes, MD, will sit on the newly formed medical advisory board of PMG Research, a network that provides clinical research services to pharmaceutical companies and CROs. 

David T. Rubin, MD, was appointed the University of Chicago Joseph B. Kirsner Professor in Medicine.
