Here are five new cardiology partnerships since April 14, as reported by Becker’s:
1. Lynnwood, Wash.-based independent cardiology practice CardioNow partnered with CardioOne to expand cardiovascular care in the Pacific Northwest.
2. Gary, Ind.-based Methodist Hospitals invested in Philips’ portfolio of image-guided therapy tools that integrate imaging systems and software. The suites support several specialties, including stroke treatment, oncology therapies and complex cardiovascular intervention.
3. Orlando, Fla.-based Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) partnered with HybridChart, a cloud-based rounding platform.The partnership will connect HybridChart’s software to CVAUSA’s more than 330 physicians to use while rounding at hospitals. The centralized data platform will allow CVAUSA to more precisely track performance and operational metrics of its member cardiologists and practices.
4. Morgantown-based West Virginia University Heart and Vascular Institute partnered with Parkersburg (W.Va.) Cardiology Associates. The integration will expand access to advanced heart care services and provide additional resources and support to Parkersburg Cardiology Associates.
5. Cardiovascular Logistics, a national cardiovascular platform, entered a partnership with Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, the largest independent cardiology practice in the U.S.
