Cardiovascular Logistics partners with Philadelphia cardiology practice: 5 things to know

Cardiovascular Logistics, a national cardiovascular platform, has entered into a partnership with Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, the largest independent cardiology practice in the U.S., according to an April 14 news release from CVL. 

Here are five things to know:

  1. Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia has more than 90 cardiologists, 50 advanced practice providers and 30 locations. 
  2. The addition expands CVL’s network from about 300 to 440 providers and grows its team from 2,100 to 2,800 members. 
  3. CCP is affiliated with major hospitals and provides care to all five counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
  4. CCP has more than 20 physicians who perform advanced interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures including catheter-based interventions and cardiac ablations.
  5. CVL is a national, physician-owned and led cardiovascular platform.
