Here are four highlights:
1. The project began in May 2017, after Urology of Central Pennsylvania signed a long-term lease at a new, 30,000-square-foot medical office building.
2. The practice will occupy about 19,500 square feet in the two-story building, which is located in Lower Paxton Township, Pa. The practice will have approximately 9,000 square feet for its clinic, 1,500 square feet for a patient information center and a 9,000-square-foot surgery center.
3. The new office is about one mile away from Urology of Central Pennsylvania’s former location in East Shore, Pa. It is about 40 percent larger than the former facility.
4. The practice also has patient care locations in Newport, Millersburg, McConnellsburg and Huntingdon. Eleven urologists work for Urology of Central Pennsylvania.
