Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care purchased 63 acres for an ASC and physician office building development in Pleasant Prairie, Wis., Milwaukee Business Journal reports.
Here are three quick notes:
1. Aurora acquired the property for $14.5 million.
2. The $130-million project includes an ASC and a three-story office building. Each will be 100,000 square feet.
3. The Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approved the project in June.
