Three insights:
1. The 38,800-square-foot, three-story medical office building is 50 percent pre-leased by an ASC and a diagnostic imaging center.
2. The initial tenants are expected to move in later this year and begin seeing patients in December.
3. D’Agostino Cos. plans to begin construction in April.
“Sugar Land continues to be home to a very entrepreneurial physician base,” said Justin Brasell, executive vice president of Transwestern, which will provide leasing services for the development. “We are excited to be a part of a project where tenants may participate in ownership of the building, offering them and their families a real estate investment in a strong market.”
