Surgical Care Affiliates partners with Connecticut ASC; Envision Healthcare Q1 adjusted EBITDA hits $282.6M & more: 4 ASC company key notes

Here are four updates on ASC management companies from the past week.

Envision Healthcare Corp. had $282.6 million in adjusted EBITDA during the first quarter fiscal year 2017.

Surgical Care Affiliates made an equity investment in Danbury-based Western Connecticut Orthopedic Surgery Center, effective May 1. Western Connecticut Orthopedic Surgery Center is a multispecialty ASC with 14 physician partners.

During the fourth quarter of 2016, Tenet Healthcare’s ambulatory revenue jumped 5.9 percent on a same-facility, system-wide basis.

Hospital Corporation of America shares traded at $83.33 per share during the week of May 30 to June 2, a 1 percent jump.
