SurgCenter Development opens 13th center in Florida; Envision Q4 EBITDA totals $208.7M & more – 6 ASC company notes

Houston-based Nobilis Health Corp. named Marc Celia executive vice president of operations. In his new role, Mr. Celia will oversee all Nobilis facility operations and will collaborate with the centers’ CEOs and administrators to strengthen efficiency.

Pismo Beach, Calif.-based SurgCenter Development teamed up with Miami Surgical Suites to open its 13th operational center in Florida. The ASC is 7,462 square feet.

For the full-year 2016, Nashville, Tenn.-based Surgery Partners’ net income reached $9.5 million, up from $1.4 million in 2015.

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare anticipates adjusted EBITDA to fall between $2.5 billion and $2.6 billion for FY 2017.

Nashville-based Hospital Corporation of America shares fell 1.4 percent, trading at $84.59 per share during the week of March 13 to March 17, 2017.

Greenwood Village, Colo.-based Envision Healthcare Corp. had EBITDA hitting $208.7 million during the fourth year FY 2016.
