Flagship Healthcare Properties, a real estate firm based in Charlotte, N.C., bought the building housing Holly (N.C.) Springs Surgery Center, according to Triangle Business Journal.

1. The firm bought the building for $6.8 million.
2. In addition to the ASC, the building includes Raleigh Neurosurgical Clinic and Cary Orthopaedics.
3. Flagship Healthcare Properties Senior Vice President of Investments Russell Brown said the firm bought the building due to the growing community in Holly Springs.
