The $3.1 million surgery center was opened in 2011 as a partnership between the hospital, physicians and Nueterra. Randolph Hospital owned 68 percent of the business at the onset of the partnership and then acquired the remaining shares.
The two-operating room surgery center will now operate as a hospital outpatient department.
