1. This was ESP’s fourth transaction in the last 120 days. ESP is a national provider of integrated eye care services.

2. ESP will turn his practice into a satellite office for Eye Doctors of Washington, a multispecialty ophthalmology practice.

3. Dr. Jacobson has worked closely with Eye Doctors of Washington in the past. He and said the partnership will enable them “to integrate care seamlessly for our patients with a full spectrum of diagnostic, routine treatment and surgical ophthalmic services.”
