1. Physicians Stephen Clary, DDS, Karen Tucker, DDS, and James Strider Jr., DDS, will see patients at all three locations.

2. The group plans to open the new office Oct. 1.

3. The building will cost approximately $1 million to renovate, with up to $600,000 in additional equipment investments.

4. The group will occupy 7,500 square feet and plans to lease the other half of the space to another medical group or hospital.
