Montecito Medical acquires North Carolina building housing ENT practice — 4 insights

Nashville, Tenn.-based Montecito Medical acquired the medical office building housing Durham-based North Carolina Eye, Ear, Nose, & Throat, the largest physician-owned ENT practice in the state.

Here’s what you should know.

1. NCEENT fully occupies the two-story, 34,106-square-foot building.

2. The building was constructed in 2004, and was built to NCEENT’s specification.

3. This is Montecito Medical’s 7th acquisition of 2018.

4. Montecito Medical’s Senior Vice President for Acquisitions Chris Conk said, “Everyone in our firm is excited about closing on this great asset. North Carolina Eye, Ear Nose & Throat is a perfect complement to our growing, high-quality portfolio. It is also exciting to expand our North Carolina footprint to more than 300,000 square feet and 13 medical office buildings.”
